Christian Winkler created Arcola to simplify macro development and property management for carrier customers. Arcola integrates services and real estate to offer a broader, deeper, and more meaningful set of tools to tackle carriers’ network challenges.
Before founding Arcola, Christian spent ten years as the Vice President of Milestone Towers, which specialized in public-private partnerships in the Mid-Atlantic. He ran operations and grew the company into a multi-state tower owner. He built over one hundred towers on schools, parks, and other challenging sites.
Christian’s processes, strategies and standards increased site approvability, reduced development timelines, and simplified carrier interactions during development and ongoing site management.
Before joining the tower industry, Christian worked at RCLCO, a national boutique real estate development consulting firm. There he led feasibility, programming and development management for high-profile land, residential, and mixed-use projects nationwide.
Christian earned his master’s in real estate development (MSRED) at Columbia University in 2003.
